The JOSE and JWT specs win innovation award at the 2014 European Identity Conference
We just received news from Mike Jones at the European Identity Conference that the JOSE and JWT specs have received an award for best innovation.
Congratulations to everyone on the JOSE WG for their effort and dedication!
The JOSE and JWT specs are instrumental for devising lightweight self-contained identity (OpenID Connect) and access (OAuth 2.0) tokens, suitable for passing around with URL redirections.
The specs have been stable for several months now and are currently receiving their final grilling at the IETF.
